Counseling
Counseling sessions are also held for children that help them in improving academic performance.
Parents’ involvement
In order to achieve holistic education, it is important to involve parents in the academic endeavour of their children. A pleasant and open rapport is encouraged between the teacher and student’s families.
Communication with parents is usually held through home/school diaries, regular personal phone calls (if required), weekly notices, at least two parent-teacher meetings a year, school events, and regular academic reviews. Families are welcome to visit the school.
Parents are also asked to regularly check their children’s workbooks and report cards, and show interest and appreciation for their children’s performance in curricular and co-curricular activities.
